在日本水份含50%的稱之為「柿」,柿從新鮮柿子採收,洗果去皮,風乾,手工整形,熏硫,製作的主要步驟便是30-40天左右的晾曬,全程皆以手工方式作業,真空包裝。

一口咬下,先吃到的是外層的厚實的肉,很有嚼勁,裡面是柔軟的果肉,甜味分布均勻,有一股獨特的蜜香味,並帶一點水分,也有纖維非常容易入口,新奇的口感讓人覺得耳目一新,回味無窮忍不住立刻想吃下一個,再度感受這獨特的風味及口感。
