以傳統手工製作,過程無添加任何糖與人工添加劑,經過一個月製成後甜度高達65的柿餅,外層的白色糖霜為風乾過程自然形成的糖結晶,帶著濕潤的口感,餅心還保留新鮮柿子原有的濃郁香味,果肉吃起來有點像果凍的口感,甜而不膩,很適合配茶喝一起食用。
