台灣枇杷




枇杷因外型和樂器「琵琶」相似而得名。來自台東金黃飽滿的枇杷，嚐起來香甜多汁，讓人口水直流。每年2～4月是盛產期，是早春的果中珍品。



本草綱目記載「枇杷能潤五臟，滋心肺」，成熟的枇杷富含維生素、礦物質、胡蘿蔔素，中醫上具有潤肺、止咳、止渴的功效，是非常健康養生的水果，可增強免疫力。



枇杷一年一收，產季短且量少，相當嬌貴。枇杷果皮附有柔軟絨毛，具有保護作用，可避免枇杷表面受到傷害而影響賣相或新鮮度。
