顧名思義就是深紅色的日本富士蘋果，又稱「黑金剛富士』。大紅榮的特色是脆度最高的蘋果，且水份非常多。和日本富士蘋果很像，不過卻有著不同風味輕爽的滋味酸度也比富士蘋果還低，有如紅寶石般的日本蘋果，非常特別。
