來自台東有產銷履歷的鳳梨釋迦,由百大青農的夫婦源自對於農業與大自然的熱愛,以永續與自然農法,友善土地孕育出不只美味,更是安心的優質水果。為保護自然生態並兼顧採收產量與好品質,皆以草生栽培及減藥種植,也是連續幾年獲為冠軍評鑑的果園,於2020年取得GGAP國際農業認證。

超大氣的果形,切開後能聞到一股淡雅的花香,冷藏放入口中,Q彈的口感在口中爆發,味道甜中帶酸富有層次感,吃起來一點都不膩口,這樣的美味一定要來94水果試試。


保存方式收到釋迦後請放常溫通風等後熟,約2-6天待釋迦軟熟後,摸起來稍有彈性,就可以冷藏或切來吃囉!如全熟後吃不完的話,記得去皮切塊後冷凍保存呦!
